I can't praise the team at Taylored Dental Care Keighley enough, my wife angela has a phobia about dentists but they were very professional and kind,they couldn't do enough for her and any questions, queries or concerns they answered them all and put her mind at ease.The reception team were very very nice, always bright and breezy and very polite. I have to give a special mention to Matt ( Matthew Varley ) as he was the one that dealt with Angela the most, nothing was too much trouble for him and the new dentures he did for Angela are absolutely perfect...she loves them.I would definitely recommend Taylored Dental Care Keighley and would give them a 5 * Rating.

All the staff have been so kind, caring and very patient and they tend to your every need. I used to see the dentist as a scary place until I started coming here. They have given me my confidence back and a great smile aswell. I would like to thank all the staff for everything you have done for me.

I have undergone an extensive course of treatment at the Wibsey surgery with Dr Cutler, who is an amazing dentist. i cannot recommend them highly enough, particularly for nervous patients like me. Their treatment of me was exceptional and well worth every penny. i am now pain free, which is priceless. Massive thanks to all at the surgery, especially Dr Cutler.

Please be aware this is a great dental practice but they are all in it for the money! I was assured after my £4000 pound package all would be included in my treatment, only to find out I've been charged at least a £100 since. So please be aware, as this is making money for them out of you@

Having been scared of the dentist's visit for over 30 years, I was advised a filling needed replacing. After several visits putting off the decision I opted for Kat to perform the filling.I needn't have feared! I had numbing gel and several injections and then never felt a thing during the drilling and filling process.Fantastic and caring with huge empathy for my past pain from a filling, Kat reassured me and the filling was completed in under 20 minutes. No fear for the future now!If you are fearful of fillings then please rest assured Taylored Dental have you covered with kind, honest and caring advice.

Visited Taylored dental to have a smile makeover. The dentist extracted my 2 front perfectly healthy teeth, which soon became apparent that it was for their financial gain. I contacted British Dental Council to complain ….TBC

I was very nervous and extremely anxious about visiting dentists ,after going through previous bad experiencesBut I can honestly say I need not have been.Kat the dentist was friendly and professional. She put me at ease and explained everything she was going to do on each of my visits.Kim her nurse was always very friendly and helped to put you at ease.Katie on reception was always welcoming and friendly on each visit and on the follow up calls .I can honestly say Kat and the team at ldle are brilliant.If you're nervous about dentists I can recommend Kat and the team at ldleThanks to you all Darrell

Jasmine was so helpful and Katerina was very calming in how she explained the procedure and put me completely at ease.I have made a further appointment which in itself is a major step forward for me.

What can I say other than the team are fantastic, always a warm and chatty welcome on arrival.A huge thank you to Matt for giving me a smile that I am truly proud of and no more hiding behind my hand. Matt is such a perfectionist and every step was explained along the way. I never felt any pressure to make a decision and although nervous at the start he offered advice and assurances and I positively looked forward to each visit which is a rarity for anyone attending a dental appointment. All Matt’s recommendations were spot on, he knows what will look the best snd enhance your existing facial featuresAnybody thinking of wanting that great smile I can’t recommend this practice enough.

Today's visit to Taylor Dental Care was a routine check up. As always when you arrive, through the friendliness of the receiption you relax. Kat, as before came to meet me, and again her welcome put's you at ease. Throughout the routine check up, Kat simply puts you at ease. She really is the best dentist that you could wish to meet and do your dental work. Long may it continue.

Being extremely nervous and very frightened I had not attended a dentist for several years, until I was in so much pain I contacted Taylored Dental Care, Keighley, in desperation. From making an emergency appointment, to walking out after treatment, I could not have received more caring, friendly and professional pain free treatment. Everything was explained to me in a calm, unhurried way. I did not arrive smiling, but I certainly left with a happy smile and, amazingly, a further appointment for a full assessment of my future dental needs, which I will attend with a lot more confidence and a lot less nervousness. Superb staff and treatment and I cannot thank them enough.I've been regularly attending Taylored Dental Care for 20 months now and the wonderful professional care just gets better and better. All patients, new and old, can rest assured that all the team have your best interests at the forefront of their professional service. Attending Taylored Dental Care was one of the best decisions I ever made. They smile, you smile, it's the best and it's a win/win.

I am not the easiest patient as I have limited mouth opening, but Sarah was amazing and was very kind, patient and reassuring when completing my filling. She talked to me to tell me what she was doing and what to expect which is really reassuring and gave me plenty of breaks so I could rest my jaw. Thank you Sarah.

I changed to Taylored Dental just over a year ago due to my previous practice not giving the the required treatment that i needed.i found out on my first check up at taylored dental that i needed a lot of work, so over the last year I've had all the treatment done, now happy.My experience with the team was very professional from the first day, Amy (receptionist) is amazing at explaining things and makes you feel welcomed, my dentist (Rosina) totally a diamond, very professional explains about the procedures before starting on the day, this makes you feel restful.I would recommend Taylored Dental Care 100%, a fantastic service.

Well I want to start by saying my tooth cracked & my previous dentist went private so I was then given a new dentist at this same surgery.The girl I saw was very inexperienced & was ready to whip my tooth out & was talking bridges. I knew I had to have a 2nd opinion which then led me to Taylored Dental Care. My experience here with Kat & all her staff has been outstanding so professional & friendly. This girl is a genius 🙌🏼. She not only saved my tooth she saved my trust in a dentist again. The care & attention is beyond any I’ve ever witnessed. I even recommended my friend & received an Amazon gift card.My mum & dad always said look after your teeth they’re precious. Having spent many years being petrified of the dentist after a bad experience I decided to bite the bullet and book an appointment with Taylored dental Keighley, I was seen by Graham and dental nurse Sarah who were superb, very thorough and friendly and explained everything in detail and I now have a plan in place for all my treatment going forward, its going to be a long road to get sorted but I'm so confident that I'm in good hands and a bit embarrassed as to why it's took me so long to reach out. After finishing a course of treatment last week when I had a filling & two front teeth removed, (being christmas there is a song somewhere), I must congratulate Rosina & her small team at Taylored Dental Care Wibsey for a very professional & pain free job.Because I had an upper plate & seven teeth made & fitted at the same time I must give a shout to Joe who does the impressions & making of the plates, his attention to detail is second to non.Thanks once again Rosina & the "A" team.

Fantastic service, all staff are brilliant and understand nervous patients. I have finally found the right dental practice for me. Rosina Cutler is amazing who supported me, cared and was compassionate towards how I felt coming to the dentist. Today I completed my treatment and this is a huge achievement for me. I can’t thank Rosina and the team enough, their care support has gained them a patient for life. Thank you for your kind gesture to mark the end of my treatment. I have overcome my phobia of coming to the dentist and the dentist chair! Nothing was ever too much for you. Been visiting this dentist everyone month for the past year for my braces treatment. Although it was estimated a 4 month treatment Rosina made sure I was happy with my teeth and the final result before removing them.I am extremely happy with the service from ALL staff and especially my lovely dentist Rosina. I had my new patient appointment today with Rosina after many years of not going to the dentist. She was extremely kind and really took her time with me, understanding how worried I was.I thought I was the most worried person on earth when it came to the dentist but I was reassured that many patients who come to taylored dental care feel the same way. She walked me through every step of what she was doing and really helped me feel at ease giving me time to have a breather if I needed it. She has helped me get over my fear in life and I am so thankful.Also very thankfully to Becky who also so friendly, helping me to feel at ease and comfortable during my appointment.Finally a big shout out to Jasmine who I spoke to a few times before even entering the practice and booking an appointment. Without her lovely words and encouragement, I don’t think I would have been able to drive myself to the practice and get myself through the door.

I've had a few bad experiences with dentists in the past which triggered a fear of going to the dentist. When i broke my tooth i realised i had to go and found Taylored Dental through google, even though i was terrified the team were patient and would book me in for longer appointments so i didn't feel rushed which really helped. I used to be nervous just to go into the waiting room as the smell of dentists would bring back memories but at Taylored it doesn't even smell like a dentist and i find that when im there i feel much calmer than i did at the start. I had quite a lot of treatment, a lot of which i hadn't experienced before (extraction, root canal) so i was very nervous to go through it but none of it was ever as bad as my brain made it out to be. I think i can safely say Taylored Dental has helped me feel much less nervous about getting treatment, i am not panicking weeks before my appointment anymore and i feel more at ease when im there. Thank you Kat and the rest of the team for helping me through my fears!

I visited Dr Kaumal Saddique who suggested a plan for 3 of my front teeth.I can honestly say apart from a very small anaesthetic initial scratch I never felt a thing. Went for emergency treatment for tooth pain . Was seen that day by Katerina my dentist , and sorted me out and told I needed root canal work and a crown .Two visits later , pain free and new crown fitted .Excellent manner and very professional , and a really nice person as well .Thanks to all the team .

I first met Matt about 6 weeks ago on my first visit to Taylored Dental Care in Keighley. I have to say, Matt made me feel comfortable and relaxed instantly. Having dentures can be quite embarrassing, to have a stranger look at you when you haven't got your dentures in can leave you quite anxious and uncomfortable, BUT! Matt was brilliant! Such a professional and a great sense of humour too, he put me at ease instantly.My current dentures were a very bad fit and Matt instantly knew the problems I was having with them. After explaining all my options we went for the top option of the Diamond range.Oh my goodness! They are certainly worth every penny. My bite is perfect, beautiful colour and very comfortable.They are bigger than my last set and go further back and feel different. They feel like every tooth is individual and I love them! I am expecting some rubbing on my gums but I will persevere lol.Matt has booked me another appointment for next week just to see how I'm getting on and if any adjustments maybe needed.Overall, my experience at Taylored Dental Care has been excellent.I would Highly recommend Matt as your next denture adventure!5 star 🌟

I can't fault Graham Duckitt and his team. I have had a smile that has affected my confidence since an injury to them at age 10. Graham, Sarah and the team were so kind, patient and transparent telling me what my options were and how to get my oral health into the best shape for cosmetic bonding. A very minimal pain process and I'm so pleased with the results - I will smile broadly at my wedding with confidence. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tailored Dental Care, Keighley to anyone. Kat spoke to me about my fear and put me at ease straight away, from the first consultation and throughout the treatment. I was so relieved that my treatment was pain free, just as Kat said it would be - and she checked on me continuously throughout the procedure. I would recommend to anyone - I know I'll no longer dread the 6 monthly dentist visits! I have to add that the reception staff are so welcoming too - which added to the experience being so positive!

Being in my mid 70s I suffered badly from dental phobia after spending my early years suffering the school dentist. That foul smelling rubber mask haunts me to this day!.I found Taylored Dental Care albeit with its previous owner over 40 years ago and can honestly say that I no longer suffer from dental phobia, Kat, her dental nurses and friendly, bubbly receptionist put you at ease immediately, if you want pain free dental care this is the place to be.

I would say I have an irrational fear of the dentist but for the first time in years, I felt comfortable and it's because of Taylored Dental Care. The staff there are very kind and listen to you. I'm quite an anxious person and have experienced traumas in my life that has made going to the dentist very difficult. I finally decided that I needed to change and that I needed to prioritise my oral health. Going to Wibsey practice and meeting the team was exactly what I needed. They were so calm and so nice, I could have cried with relief. Over 10 years of built up anxiety, embarrassment and stress has just been lifted off my shoulders and I feel so much better. Best Dentist I've ever had!Hadn't been to a dentist for over 10 years after being struck off by the NHS for missing an appointment I didn't even know about (yep still bitter about that, NHS!)Came to Taylored Dental in Idle knowing I needed work doing and a little nervous but from the get go I was well looked after and the treatment has been fantastic. The staff are friendly, caring and compassionate and really are just there to give you the care you need without making you feel bad! Treatment was pain free with and even without numbing, which is a testament to Kat and her expertise as a Dentist!If you're going for private care I won't lie it's not cheapest around, but considering the experience I think it is well worth it.Thankyou!

Absolute butcher of a dentist.Made me feel very uncomfortable and caused damaged to my gum bone which I had to get sorted at another dentist.I’m so glad I’ve found a different dentist which I can trust.A terrible experience at Taylored dental care.Edit - In response to the reply.There is actually a lot more I could of wrote in my review with regards to my awful experience at Taylored dentist - obviously I am not willing to go into details in an online review.I am just happy that I have found a very experienced dentist that doesn't want to pull every tooth that has an issue!

I had a bad experience and havnt been to a dentist in over 15 yrs!!!! But due to breaking my top front left tooth I had to find a dentist but I was really nervous. Then on the day the bus was late and I was so stressed when I got there late . But the team were amazing. Maxine the receptionist was just incredibly kind , caring, thoughtfull and funny!!😁. My dentist Graham is amazing. He was very calm and put me at ease straight away. He fixed my broken tooth which now looks like an actual tooth made from filling!!!! Its amazing and you wouldn't know its not a real tooth. Graham is an artist. The whole team are amazing and highly recomended especially if your nervous 👍🏻💯

I have just finished having all of my remaining teeth removed due to their condition and how loose they were. I have now just had my new dentures fitted. As a person who was terrified of the thought of having all of my teeth being removed, I found the whole thing very easy as the staff were absolutely brilliant in putting me at ease. The whole process was done without any discomfort at all.The fitting of my temporary dentures were fitted with exceptional care been given. I have just been back to have my new set fitted and I am very satisfied with the both the quality of the dentures and the excellent work that the team have given me.I can't explain just how good and caring all the staff have been I would recommend any of my family and friends to use this dental treatment without question.Thanks again to everybody at Taylored Dental Care Wibsey.

I have been at Taylored Dental for a few years and have received treatment from both Graham and Sarah. At every appointment I am made to feel comfortable and safe. They take you through every step beforehand and make sure you’re okay during the treatment. Maxine on reception also makes you feel at ease and is very welcoming. They will all do whatever they can to make you feel relaxed and will always try their best to accommodate emergency appointments when needed.

The best, most caring dentist around!I have severe medical PTSD, the first time Graham met me it was just for a consultation no actual dental work. The poor man had to deal with my melodramatic shaking and crying, and again for my first 2 appointments.The care, understanding and patience that Graham and Sarah both gave to me meant that by my fourth appointment I could have a tooth pulled with no meltdowns or anxiety attacks.By my 5th appointment I have ZERO anxiety or PTSD symptoms when attending the practise and that’s honestly a direct reflection of the Teams care & patience with me!Maxine is the most friendly, caring receptionist I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet and the entire team are genuinely fabulous.I’ll never go anywhere else now.Thanks so much again guys! I honestly don’t know how to put into words how grateful I am to have come across Taylored Dental Care, I have suffered many years with dental phobia, the anxiety of going made me physically sick!The day I plucked up the courage to speak to them and arrange a smile consultation was the best decision I have ever made, from the first appointment (shaking, teary & feeling sick) I was instantly made to feel at ease by Fiona the lovely receptionist, I then saw Rosina who talked me through every step and we set up a dental treatment plan, took xrays etc.I honestly feel at ease every time I go, I don’t worry the night before or the day of the appointment, I have had a fair few appointments and just finished my first treatment plan, and the next treatment plan for whitening will be starting shortly and we will see what’s next.Hand on my heart, the staff here are absolutely amazing, so caring and I don’t think they understand, especially Rosina what she has done for me, I am like a different person walking into the treatment room now, which i thought would never be possible, you guys are legends, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.Lauren

After a traumatic experience a few years ago i was too afraid to go to a dentist, however after needing an extraction, i managed to find this dentist and i am so glad i did. As soon as i entered all the staff were kind and very understanding. After suffering from a dental phobia for over 15 years, Taylored Dental Care @ Wibsey helped me over come my fears. All the staff are kind, caring and patient. I have had extensive dental work, all pain free and the dentist Rosina and the dental nurse Becky are wonderful and so understanding. Fiona the receptionist is also wonderful, helpful and even phoned me for a few weeks to see how I was after my extractions.... she is a calming voice on the phone and so helpful. I now go to Taylored Dental Care without a worry or a fear. I can't thank them enough. This dentist takes their time with you, I never felt rushed and never felt like just a number......they have a very personal touch. I highly recommend this dental surgery. My overwhelming fear of dentists meant I had not visited a dentist for a number of years.Not only was I terrified I felt ashamed.I will never be able to give enough thanks to Graham,Sarah,the team of nurses and Maxine for their patience and care. Lost a filling and broke some of my tooth, while being 36 weeks pregnant. Called up the Wibsey branch to see if I could get an emergency appointment to get the tooth filled, as it was very sensitive and painful while eating and drinking. The staff there were super helpful trying to fit me in last minute, so I didn’t have to wait over the weekend. The team managed to get me in at 9am and I was seen and my tooth filled within 20 mins. Excellent service! Great staff. Highly recommend.

As someone who’s spent basically my entire life being terrified of going to the dentist I can’t recommend Taylored Dental Care enough.Everyone has been very professional but also down to earth and genuinely nice. I have had quite a lot of work done so far and there’s more left to go but during all of this I haven’t felt a thing. I’ll never go anywhere else. A definite 5/5. The only regret I have is that I hadn’t gone sooner.

I had been suffering with a sharp pain when biting on one side of my mouth that my NHS dentist had been unable to resolve (and then stopped seeing patients due to COVID restrictions)Having been advised by a friend to visit Taylored Dental Care I gave them a try and have been astonished by the difference made with a problem I assumed that I would need to learn to live with.The whole experience from the quality of the customer care, the friendliness of reception (and all) staff to the dental care and dental hygienist has been excellent.I have received a level of care unparalleled with any previous experience but also great advice on how to look after my teeth and gums.My problem is now resolved and the overall hygiene of my mouth so much improved.Can’t recommend enough.

I went for dental treatment and was advised the tooth would be best removed. Dr Taylor explained everything and reassured me. Within a short space of time ( about 15 mins) the procedure was complete. I am very nervous at dentists but I felt nothing. Dr Taylor is an excellent dentist and I would recommend him 100%.All the staff are very pleasant and friendly and are always very professional.

This review is a little delayed (February 2021)as I did not realise I could leave it via Google! ( I’m not on FB) I have been with TDC for years now since they took over from my previous dentist. Last year I decided to have whitening and composite veneers on my two front teeth. I cannot say enough about how great they are! Haider was brilliant and my teeth look so natural lots of people have not even noticed! Of course I have also had ‘usual’ treatments too including root canal work. All the staff and of course Haider were so friendly and kind- no pain and carried out very professionally. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. 😊

It is amazing to me that I no longer dread visiting the dentist.This practice was recommended after I confided to a work colleague that I was so ashamed of the condition of my teeth/gums that I couldn't bear the thought of a dentist seeing them. It was causing me so much anxiety that I was having dreams where my teeth fell out one by one! It still took several months before I made my first appointment.The initial consultation with the dentist Graham changed everything. He spoke with such kindness and in such a completely non-judgemental way that I found myself able to discuss treatment and the different aspects of dental care they offered - it was all so positive and hopeful.I have now had lots of crowns fitted and treatment with Sarah, the Dental Hygienist. All completely pain-free. They are a gifted and professional team. Maxine, the receptionist, embodies all the outstanding qualities of TDC - kind, reassuring, warm and friendly, nothing is too much trouble.I could not be happier and thoroughly reccomend them. Well what can I say never been a big fan of the dentist but I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I got here Carl the dentist said that I needed to have some of my teeth pulled because they were not in a good condition so I said fair enough let's do it.So yesterday I went to have the treatment done, I was put at ease straight away Carl pulled the teeth out and fitted me with my new teeth never felt a thing and I must say it is the best thing I have ever done.

Carl is an incredible professional and an expert orthodontist. He is conscientious, flexible and a great guy overall. I'd just like to thank the team for sorting out an emergency appointment for me today for my cracked tooth. I'm so thankful there was a same day appointment and managed to get me in half an hour after I rang up. I am a very nervous patient after having a bad experience as a chid, and hadn't seen a dentist in years. The dentist and his assistant that saw to me (sorry I didn't catch your names), we're great and reassuring. They explained the process of the appointment and treatment, and told me we could stop at any point if I was struggling. But the treatment didn't take long and I was done before I knew it. Thank you to you all.

Following a really bad experience at a dental surgery with zero genuine care for patient wellbeing and need; I sought out Taylored Dental Care at Idle for an emergency appointment.From initial contact, Jasmine (on the phone) and Lisa (in branch) made me feel cared for and looked after.Throughout the emergency appointment I was cared for and everything was explained to me clearly. I am beyond happy with my experience at Taylored to you. I have been in this morning for a few filling, a scale and polish and two teeth bonding from chips. I’m generally a nervous patient and for my first experience of a filling, I was terrified but I’m instantly put at ease from the lovely Maxine on reception and Sarah and Jess who looked after me all the way through my treatments. I cried a little with happiness when I saw the aftermath of my treatment. The staff here are incredible. They’re always friendly, bubbly, supportive and reassuring, especially if you’re a nervous patient like me. I’m overwhelmingly happy. I won’t be going anywhere else! Years of personal neglect meant that all of my teeth and gums were in a right old state. Carl Taylor (Dentist) and Sarah Carr (Dental Hygienist) have between them salvaged what could have been a piteous future for my teeth and the prospect of eating with a lot fewer teeth. Consummate professionalism from all concerned and totally pain free dentistry. Add to that the friendliness and non-judgemental outlook and I would never consider going to any other dentist. Hooray for totally pain free !!!!Almost 2 years later Haider (the dentist) and Omar (the assistant) at very short notice (literally a couple of hours) managed to extract, totally painlessly, a molar that was giving me excruciating pain. Haider was fast, efficient and gave me sufficient injections such that I could not even tell when he had extracted the tooth. Taylored Dental Care Idle have come to my rescue yet again. It is now up to me mostly to try to retain the few teeth that I still have in my mouth.

I had my first appointment with Sarah today and it was the most relaxing dental care visit I’ve ever had! Didn’t event feel the needle go in! The results are already absolutely amazing although I have the pleasure of being in her good hands again soon! She is such a lovely person, very welcoming and calm! I think I never want to go somewhere else! If you need a really good dental hygienist this should be the first place you should come to!Buy the way, if you ever need a good dentist I highly recommend graham as well! He’s very calm and careful and takes time to answer all question and explain everything!I don’t plan on changing my dental practice anytime in the future since I think I found the perfect one right here in keighley! Following on from your reply - I did have some treatment with the practice. Do I need to upload evidence such as emails and bank statements to confirm this? I think not. Graham and Maxine will be aware of this and the last conversations we had regarding mistakes the practice made. A practice that can't acknowledge their mistakes until the patients have caught them out definitely 'are not for me'.If you're going to do something, do it properly or not at all.

Dental x-ray, teeth cleaning. I went today for a scale and polish with Sarah unfortunately through the week I have been suffering from toothache. Sarah took an x-ray of my tooth and passed it on to Haider to have a look at. I had my scale and polish and Haider came in and explained I had an infection. He gave me a prescription for antibiotics and a follow up appointment in 10 days. I can not recommend this dental practice enough. The staff are all friendly and put you at ease the moment you walk through the door. If you are nervous about going to the dentist this is the practice for you. Thank you Haider, Sarah and all the staff. Update! Infection cleared up with antibiotics and have had no pain since. Thanks again.

When I went to Taylored Dental Care in Keighley for the first time I was given a very warm welcome. The dentist, Graham Duckitt was very friendly and concerned that I was at ease. He explained in detail the treatment I required and I never felt rushed as he always welcomed questions and further discussion about treatment options. Graham was not only kind and friendly but very professional and highly skilled. All the treatment I received was to the highest standard and I will always be very appreciative.

Disappointing. Went for a routine review as other Dentists were not taking at that time (September 2020). I was a new patient. Felt pressurised into having costly X rays. I only consented to a few, he wanted 7 initially. I was informed I would have a treatment plan and they would be in touch. I know I need fillings. Enquired now, Nov 2020 and I had been forgotten. I requested fillings to be told I would need more Xrays. I feel this practice is just cashing in on the current covid situation and is unprofessional and delaying dental care.

My long-term feeling about not liking going to the dentist is undergoing a dramatic change! I now attend Taylored Dental Care in Keighley and I cannot speak highly enough of the team there.I was feeling rather under the weather after a treatment session that took rather longer than originally anticipated amd dentist Graham and receptionist Maxine took great care of me until I was abe to be picked up by a friend.The treatment has been successful and I have tremendous confidence that the rest of my sessions in the chair will have me looking and feeling VERY far from'down in the mouth'!These guys are great.

I am historically an extremely nervous patient due to previous traumatic experiences at the dentist, and have avoided going for several years. In desperation after experiencing a painful abscess, i decided going privately might be the only way I could get through the treatment, and I chose Taylored Dental because of the positive reviews of other very nervous sounding patients.They have been wonderful, my dentist Graham was very friendly, reassuring and sympathetic during my consultation and despite still feeling very nervous and wobbly when I came back for an extraction, I needn’t have been. Again, he was super friendly and put me at ease, and made sure I was completely numb before he started any work, even though it took a while and a few doses of anaesthetic. I felt NO pain and only very brief pressure and it was over so quickly that I was actually on a total high as I left the practise (not just the meds :)) The weight off my shoulders is incredible.This might seems like an over the top review but it is completely genuine, I am just so pleased and relieved not to have to worry about being traumatised at the dentist anymore. Also, I thought private treatment would be way too expensive, but finance options have made it affordable, and totally worthwhile.

Great service with a very friendly team.My first visit was in November when I had braces fitted. Since my first appointment everyone is the practice has always made me feel welcome and at ease. Carl Taylor has a great sense of humour and always does a great job.Taylored Dental Care make visiting the dentist somewhat enjoyable! I would definitely recommend.

I went to Taylored Dental Care very nervous of even having a check up and disappointed in NHS Dental services. The team are very welcoming and friendly and put me at ease right away. My treatment plan was discussed with me by Graham the dentist himself and my concerns all listened to.I had extensive treatment including an extraction, root canal and multiple fillings all of which was made much more bearable by the lovely people at the practice. Going to the dentist is actually a pleasure now as walking in the waiting room is like being comforted by a big warm hug, especially from Maxine the receptionist who is brilliant.

I had an appointment with this practice last 1st of July 2020 (as a new patient). For the reason of a severe wisdom tooth pain. Upon booking an appointment I made it clear to the operator that If possible if they can do something about my wisdom tooth pain on my appointment and said they will do an assessment to my teeth including an Xray as part of their new patient routine.So on the day of my appointment I was expecting that they will assess the overall condition of my wisdom tooth and do an xray to know the extent of the damage.Upon seating on the dental chair I was quite shock to the assessment that I had, instead of assessing the damage of my wisdom teeth. The dentist was assessing all of my teeth which at the first place is not my concern at that moment and kept on pointing all sorts of dental problem that I have on my other teeth (eg gum disease) and insisting to do some sort of treatments for this in which all of the service that they insisting are too costly. So on the end I was not really happy on the outcome of my appointment which I just wasted around 70 odd quid for nothing without knowing the extent of the damage and treatment for my painful wisdom teeth at that time.

I was apprehensive about my appointment today due to new procedure's for covid 19. Everything was explained in advance about how to gain entry, temperature check's and payments. My concerns were totally unnecessary my Dentist explained everything even about the extra protection he needed when drilling. The Dentist and dental nurse made me feel totally relaxed, and as always pain free. Keep doing what you are doing, keeping our teeth healthy and us all safe.

I was told I needed some oral care after a check-up.Although I was a bit sceptical at the time I agreed to have the treatment done by the hygienist!Am so glad I did!My mouth feels fresh there’s no bleeding when I clean my teeth and my girlfriend has told me I don’t have bad breath any more.Would have been nice if she had told me I had bad breath sooner!Can’t phrase this dentist enough the hygienist was very thorough!

Following on my review on the Wibsey page, last week I received treatment under sedation at the Idle practice. Just like at Wibsey, the staff were fantastic, not only looking after me but my mother too who came with me. So much so, by the time I had finished, she had booked an appointment for herself she was that impressed with how they had dealt with me and the difference she saw in my nerves.But more importantly for me, today the impossible happened. I went to the wibsey clinic to be checked over and for the first time in my life I sat in that chair and did not panic, flinch, shake or cry. When I had my socket rinsed I didnt think anything of it. I walked out as if i had walked out of a shop. I cried my eyes out when i got home and again later on, because tomorrow is my birthday and Taylored Dental Care (staff at all their practices as I've either seen on spoke to someone at them all, like a second family to me now lol) have given me what I always dreamed of but never thought possible, a smile and to be free from that gripping phobia that shattered all my self confidence. They actually made my impossible happen, and I could never thank them all enough

I've read the reviews on here for all the practices both good and bad and wanted to share my experience for those debating.I have had a dental phobia since being a child. I remember the days being dragged kicking and screaming up the stairs and pinned to the chair to have the gas mask. It still haunts me now. For the past 15 years I've only visited a dentist in extreme pain and that was shaking and crying hysterically. One day it happened again. I thought about going to nhs emergency, paying £22 to get sorted but having to wait days, probably travelling and not knowing if the dentist would empathise or just get me in and out. Googling dental phobia I came across this place. I rang up and the receptionist informed me they could see me within the hour. Half an hour that lovely person spent listening to me crying on the phone I was that scared. I went to my appointment crying, shaking, clinging to my coat in the corner. The care and compassion that dentist showed me was nothing like I've had before. Waiting until I had calmed to have a look, taking everything slow and explaining everything. Reassuring me at every point. When I left I was calm and couldnt believe how relaxed I felt! I booked a new patient consultation straight away. My teeth were a mess and for my health I had to have it sorted. A treatment plan was created but I wanted to know exactly what would be done and build my confidence a little so I had plenty of contact with the staff first to really get it clear in my head. A payment plan was set up as they do that option too which is perfect for me as I dont have a high paid job or anything or a lot of money spare each month with 3 children (2 teens).I have gone from that shaking quivering wreck to going for fillings without a tear. Am I still nervous? Absolutely. Still panic. So much so I'm having some treatment done under sedation. But they even tried talking me out of it saying I could do it without so it isnt all about money. But the panic is slowly reducing thanks to them.Is it more than NHS private dentists? Yes. Is it worth it? Well so far I've found absolutely it is. For nervous patients who really want to smile. There is no rush, they listen to you, they calm you, reassure you. And u pay it off monthly. As in everything, you pay for the care and the service. The receptionist even sat and played with my son while I got checked so he didnt have to see my nerves. And he absolutely loved it!I cannot wait to see my end result in a matter of weeks. And I will writing another review once it is all complete. I am all about honesty so what I say is my truth, good or bad! From my appointments so far I feel that this dentist has a patient for life in me, because for me it is about the care and compassion and excellent dentistry too of course. They tick every box. I really would recommend this place for anyone who's nervous and terrified like I am! I cannot recommend highly enough!

Could not fault the service i have received starting with my initial visit in June 2018. The dentist had a very sympathetic manner ( and as i had an abhorrent fear of dentist my teeth were in quite a state ) he explained everything in detail and to be honest i did not feel a thing as he did the necessary extractions and fillings, and the partial dentures i required have caused me no problems whatsoever. Went for the first time in a while to have a filling done. Never had one before.The dentist was great, put me at ease and got on with it in a proper fashion. Never felt ill at ease. 6 months later and my filling is still intact.All the staff I spoke to were courteous and professional. Their dental equipment looks very top notch. The premises were clean and tidy. Would reccomend their service.

Previously I had not felt confident that I was receiving the care that I needed and was always worried that I would lose another piece of filling or tooth. I also had some pain and discomfort.
I am sure now that I was right in choosing TDC. The whole team are professional, caring and friendly: I feel like have joined a family.
From the outset I was involved in all stages and the treatment plan was explained thoroughly.
I am so grateful to the whole team for renewing my faith in dentistry. After 6 months of intensive treatment I now feel confident that my teeth have been restored and I am pain free.

I have always had bad teeth and was anxious to go see any dentist , now it come to the point where my teeth were moving and causing pain I had several teeth extracted at the back because of extreme pain
Now it was the front teeth my confidence in smiling or even looking at a person when talking to them was zero

Taylored Dental are so friendly, kind and patient. My cousin who has Autism has been treated like royalty at the practice, he's been made so comfortable throughout his procedures, check up and appointments. He used to be terrified of the dentist and now he actually doesn't fear them at all because Taylored have helped him.

After searching online through various Dental Care Practices l decided Taylored Dental Care looked good to me and offering the perfect smile which l was interest in obtaining. I am in my late 70th year and petrified of Dentists male or female ,but my existing denture wasn’t giving me the smile l would have liked. So I put myself in Grahams expert hands ,a lovely young dentist who listened to me and explained my treatment, now after several weeks l am extremely happy with my new SMILE .the denture is very comfortable no problem with eating can bite apples nuts and sweeties!!! I first went to Taylored dental care earlier this year after some very bad and painful experiences that left me scared to see a dentist. Sarah and Graham have been absolutely amazing at making me feel comfortable, calm and pain free in my long journey to a better smile. I'd just like to thank the team for sorting out an emergency appointment for me today for my cracked tooth. I'm so thankful there was a same day appointment and managed to get me in half an hour after I rang up. I am a very nervous patient after having a bad experience as a chid, and hadn't seen a dentist in years. The dentist and his assistant that saw to me (sorry I didn't catch your names), we're great and reassuring. They explained the process of the appointment and treatment, and told me we could stop at any point if I was struggling. But the treatment didn't take long and I was done before I knew it. My experience with Taylored Dental has been fantastic! I have put off going to the dentist for years as I was too nervous but the team at Keighley make you feel so calm from the second you walk in the door, Maxine is lovely and friendly in the reception and Graham and Sarah make you feel relaxed and comfortable once you are in the chair. I would personally like to thank Graham and the team especially Maxine (without Maxine’s words of encouragement I may have just turned around and left 😍) having a huge fear of dentists, and having not seen one for several years this was a massive ordeal for me. I soon realised after my first visit, that all those years of fear and the panic of the smell, noise, pain, injections etc were about to be eliminated with their empathy of my phobia.
I cannot believe just how quick the straightening of my teeth has taken.....just 6 months from start to finish!
This is absolutely amazing and has been the easiest and simplest process ever!!!!

I suffered a "bad experience" in a dentist chair and was absolutely terrified of having my essential root canal completed.
After leaving 5 other dentists in tears stuffing tooth ache for two years I eventually found Taylored Dental Care.
I can not recommend highly enough. I have completed all the necessary work required on my teeth completely pain free and have no crippling anxiety with the thought of my next check up.

I was really nervous about having a wisdom tooth removed. Firstly Maxine the receptionist made me feel so at ease chatting and laughing so it took my mind off it. Graham and his lovely assistant were absolutely brilliant, so kind, calm and caring. Chatting away to me and making me feel totally at ease. Having been a patient at the Keighley practice since Taylored took over i can honestly say i have yet to have a bad experience. Graham and his team are polite,professional and put you at ease from the moment you arrive. All of the treatments i've had have been fully explained to me and you honestly don't feel a thing. Went here for the very first time yesterday. I rang desperate and in pain as my normal dentist couldnt fit me in before my holidays. The reception staff were very polite and understanding and helped get me an appointment within 3 hours of my call. The dentist was kind and caring and explained everything fully. I'm so nervous about visiting the dentist , I was shaking just phoning and making the appointment, I was in tears before I even got in there , shaking sweating , the receptionist was lovely the dental nurse came in to see me while I was sat in reception ( at this point I wanted to run ) explained to me at any point all I had to do was put up my hand and they would stop , any way the dentist was lovely very gentle kind and understanding, even managed to make me laugh while I was still having a melt down , my anxiety about going to the dentist is so bad I haven't been to the dentist in years , I felt embarrassed about the way I react as in the past I've been made to feel stupid about my fears , anyway before I knew it it was all over and done , I was so nervous I can't even remember the names of the staff for that I apologise, if you need to se a dentist and have a real fear like I do , please give them a call , I've booked in again in a couple of weeks and although I know I will still be nervous I know I'm in good hands , thank you so much to the team at keighley taylored dental care xxx

I can't praise the team at Taylored Dental Care Keighley enough, my wife angela has a phobia about dentists but they were very professional and kind,they couldn't do enough for her and any questions, queries or concerns they answered them all and put her mind at ease.The reception team were very very nice, always bright and breezy and very polite. I have to give a special mention to Matt ( Matthew Varley ) as he was the one that dealt with Angela the most, nothing was too much trouble for him and the new dentures he did for Angela are absolutely perfect...she loves them.I would definitely recommend Taylored Dental Care Keighley and would give them a 5 * Rating.

I have undergone an extensive course of treatment at the Wibsey surgery with Dr Cutler, who is an amazing dentist. i cannot recommend them highly enough, particularly for nervous patients like me. Their treatment of me was exceptional and well worth every penny. i am now pain free, which is priceless. Massive thanks to all at the surgery, especially Dr Cutler.

Please be aware this is a great dental practice but they are all in it for the money! I was assured after my £4000 pound package all would be included in my treatment, only to find out I've been charged at least a £100 since. So please be aware, as this is making money for them out of you@

Having been scared of the dentist's visit for over 30 years, I was advised a filling needed replacing. After several visits putting off the decision I opted for Kat to perform the filling.I needn't have feared! I had numbing gel and several injections and then never felt a thing during the drilling and filling process.Fantastic and caring with huge empathy for my past pain from a filling, Kat reassured me and the filling was completed in under 20 minutes. Being extremely nervous and very frightened I had not attended a dentist for several years, until I was in so much pain I contacted Taylored Dental Care, Keighley, in desperation. From making an emergency appointment, to walking out after treatment, I could not have received more caring, friendly and professional pain free treatment. Everything was explained to me in a calm, unhurried way. I did not arrive smiling, but I certainly left with a happy smile and, amazingly, a further appointment for a full assessment of my future dental needs, which I will attend with a lot more confidence and a lot less nervousness. I changed to Taylored Dental just over a year ago due to my previous practice not giving the the required treatment that i needed.i found out on my first check up at taylored dental that i needed a lot of work, so over the last year I've had all the treatment done, now happy.My experience with the team was very professional from the first day, Amy (receptionist) is amazing at explaining things and makes you feel welcomed, my dentist (Rosina) totally a diamond, very professional explains about the procedures before starting on the day, this makes you feel restful.I would recommend Taylored Dental Care 100%, a fantastic service.

Well I want to start by saying my tooth cracked & my previous dentist went private so I was then given a new dentist at this same surgery.The girl I saw was very inexperienced & was ready to whip my tooth out & was talking bridges. I had my new patient appointment today with Rosina after many years of not going to the dentist. She was extremely kind and really took her time with me, understanding how worried I was.I thought I was the most worried person on earth when it came to the dentist but I was reassured that many patients who come to taylored dental care feel the same way. She walked me through every step of what she was doing and really helped me feel at ease giving me time to have a breather if I needed it. She has helped me get over my fear in life and I am so thankful.Also very thankfully to Becky who also so friendly, helping me to feel at ease and comfortable during my appointment.Finally a big shout out to Jasmine who I spoke to a few times before even entering the practice and booking an appointment. I've had a few bad experiences with dentists in the past which triggered a fear of going to the dentist. When i broke my tooth i realised i had to go and found Taylored Dental through google, even though i was terrified the team were patient and would book me in for longer appointments so i didn't feel rushed which really helped. I used to be nervous just to go into the waiting room as the smell of dentists would bring back memories but at Taylored it doesn't even smell like a dentist and i find that when im there i feel much calmer than i did at the start. I had quite a lot of treatment, a lot of which i hadn't experienced before (extraction, root canal) so i was very nervous to go through it but none of it was ever as bad as my brain made it out to be. I think i can safely say Taylored Dental has helped me feel much less nervous about getting treatment, i am not panicking weeks before my appointment anymore and i feel more at ease when im there. Thank you Kat and the rest of the team for helping me through my fears!

Saw Kaumal today, haven’t seen a dentist for some time and so I was very nervous. Kaumal put me at ease immediately, she is so calm. Had my check up, now waiting for my treatment plan. Not worried now at all about future appointments. Thank you Kaumal

Went for emergency treatment for tooth pain . Was seen that day by Katerina my dentist , and sorted me out and told I needed root canal work and a crown .Two visits later , pain free and new crown fitted .Excellent manner and very professional , and a really nice person as well .Thanks to all the team .

I was a little apprehensive about the prospect of getting used to new dentures. My initial consultation with Matt convinced me that it was the right thing to do. He instantly put me at ease, and explained what would be involved in my course of treatment. We all need a boost sometimes, and I am loving my new smile after having my teeth for just a few days. I first met Matt about 6 weeks ago on my first visit to Taylored Dental Care in Keighley. I have to say, Matt made me feel comfortable and relaxed instantly. Having dentures can be quite embarrassing, to have a stranger look at you when you haven't got your dentures in can leave you quite anxious and uncomfortable, BUT! Matt was brilliant! Such a professional and a great sense of humour too, he put me at ease instantly.My current dentures were a very bad fit and Matt instantly knew the problems I was having with them. After explaining all my options we went for the top option of the Diamond range.Oh my goodness! They are certainly worth every penny. My bite is perfect, beautiful colour and very comfortable.They are bigger than my last set and go further back and feel different. They feel like every tooth is individual and I love them! I am expecting some rubbing on my gums but I will persevere lol.Matt has booked me another appointment for next week just to see how I'm getting on and if any adjustments maybe needed.Overall, my experience at Taylored Dental Care has been excellent.I would Highly recommend Matt as your next denture adventure!5 star 🌟

I can't fault Graham Duckitt and his team. I have had a smile that has affected my confidence since an injury to them at age 10. Graham, Sarah and the team were so kind, patient and transparent telling me what my options were and how to get my oral health into the best shape for cosmetic bonding. I visited Kat at Taylored Dental Care Idle after putting off visiting since Covid-19 - I'm a very nervous patient and always disliked visiting the dentist for fear of pain. Kat spoke to me about my fear and put me at ease straight away, from the first consultation and throughout the treatment. I was so relieved that my treatment was pain free, just as Kat said it would be - and she checked on me continuously throughout the procedure. I would recommend to anyone - I know I'll no longer dread the 6 monthly dentist visits! I have to add that the reception staff are so welcoming too - which added to the experience being so positive!

Being in my mid 70s I suffered badly from dental phobia after spending my early years suffering the school dentist. That foul smelling rubber mask haunts me to this day!.I found Taylored Dental Care albeit with its previous owner over 40 years ago and can honestly say that I no longer suffer from dental phobia, Kat, her dental nurses and friendly, bubbly receptionist put you at ease immediately, if you want pain free dental care this is the place to be.

I would say I have an irrational fear of the dentist but for the first time in years, I felt comfortable and it's because of Taylored Dental Care. The staff there are very kind and listen to you. I'm quite an anxious person and have experienced traumas in my life that has made going to the dentist very difficult. I finally decided that I needed to change and that I needed to prioritise my oral health. Going to Wibsey practice and meeting the team was exactly what I needed. They were so calm and so nice, I could have cried with relief. Over 10 years of built up anxiety, embarrassment and stress has just been lifted off my shoulders and I feel so much better. Best Dentist I've ever had!Hadn't been to a dentist for over 10 years after being struck off by the NHS for missing an appointment I didn't even know about (yep still bitter about that, NHS!)Came to Taylored Dental in Idle knowing I needed work doing and a little nervous but from the get go I was well looked after and the treatment has been fantastic. The staff are friendly, caring and compassionate and really are just there to give you the care you need without making you feel bad! Treatment was pain free with and even without numbing, which is a testament to Kat and her expertise as a Dentist!If you're going for private care I won't lie it's not cheapest around, but considering the experience I think it is well worth it.Thankyou!

Absolute butcher of a dentist.Made me feel very uncomfortable and caused damaged to my gum bone which I had to get sorted at another dentist.I’m so glad I’ve found a different dentist which I can trust.A terrible experience at Taylored dental care.Edit - In response to the reply.There is actually a lot more I could of wrote in my review with regards to my awful experience at Taylored dentist - obviously I am not willing to go into details in an online review.I am just happy that I have found a very experienced dentist that doesn't want to pull every tooth that has an issue!

I had a bad experience and havnt been to a dentist in over 15 yrs!!!! But due to breaking my top front left tooth I had to find a dentist but I was really nervous. Then on the day the bus was late and I was so stressed when I got there late . But the team were amazing. Maxine the receptionist was just incredibly kind , caring, thoughtfull and funny!!😁. My dentist Graham is amazing. He was very calm and put me at ease straight away. He fixed my broken tooth which now looks like an actual tooth made from filling!!!! Its amazing and you wouldn't know its not a real tooth. Graham is an artist. The whole team are amazing and highly recomended especially if your nervous 👍🏻💯

I have just finished having all of my remaining teeth removed due to their condition and how loose they were. I have now just had my new dentures fitted. As a person who was terrified of the thought of having all of my teeth being removed, I found the whole thing very easy as the staff were absolutely brilliant in putting me at ease. The whole process was done without any discomfort at all.The fitting of my temporary dentures were fitted with exceptional care been given. I have just been back to have my new set fitted and I am very satisfied with the both the quality of the dentures and the excellent work that the team have given me.I can't explain just how good and caring all the staff have been I would recommend any of my family and friends to use this dental treatment without question.Thanks again to everybody at Taylored Dental Care Wibsey.

I have been at Taylored Dental for a few years and have received treatment from both Graham and Sarah. At every appointment I am made to feel comfortable and safe. They take you through every step beforehand and make sure you’re okay during the treatment. Maxine on reception also makes you feel at ease and is very welcoming. They will all do whatever they can to make you feel relaxed and will always try their best to accommodate emergency appointments when needed.

The best, most caring dentist around!I have severe medical PTSD, the first time Graham met me it was just for a consultation no actual dental work. The poor man had to deal with my melodramatic shaking and crying, and again for my first 2 appointments.The care, understanding and patience that Graham and Sarah both gave to me meant that by my fourth appointment I could have a tooth pulled with no meltdowns or anxiety attacks.By my 5th appointment I have ZERO anxiety or PTSD symptoms when attending the practise and that’s honestly a direct reflection of the Teams care & patience with me!Maxine is the most friendly, caring receptionist I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet and the entire team are genuinely fabulous.I’ll never go anywhere else now.Thanks so much again guys! I honestly don’t know how to put into words how grateful I am to have come across Taylored Dental Care, I have suffered many years with dental phobia, the anxiety of going made me physically sick!The day I plucked up the courage to speak to them and arrange a smile consultation was the best decision I have ever made, from the first appointment (shaking, teary & feeling sick) I was instantly made to feel at ease by Fiona the lovely receptionist, I then saw Rosina who talked me through every step and we set up a dental treatment plan, took xrays etc.I honestly feel at ease every time I go, I don’t worry the night before or the day of the appointment, I have had a fair few appointments and just finished my first treatment plan, and the next treatment plan for whitening will be starting shortly and we will see what’s next.Hand on my heart, the staff here are absolutely amazing, so caring and I don’t think they understand, especially Rosina what she has done for me, I am like a different person walking into the treatment room now, which i thought would never be possible, you guys are legends, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.Lauren

After a traumatic experience a few years ago i was too afraid to go to a dentist, however after needing an extraction, i managed to find this dentist and i am so glad i did. As soon as i entered all the staff were kind and very understanding. After suffering from a dental phobia for over 15 years, Taylored Dental Care @ Wibsey helped me over come my fears. All the staff are kind, caring and patient. I have had extensive dental work, all pain free and the dentist Rosina and the dental nurse Becky are wonderful and so understanding. Fiona the receptionist is also wonderful, helpful and even phoned me for a few weeks to see how I was after my extractions.... she is a calming voice on the phone and so helpful. I now go to Taylored Dental Care without a worry or a fear. I can't thank them enough. This dentist takes their time with you, I never felt rushed and never felt like just a number......they have a very personal touch. I highly recommend this dental surgery. Been ringing 3 days in a row consistently and just been supposedly that busy that the receptionist can't answer the phone but they will take 100 pounds from you and never answer u back when u try ringing them. Theives is what I call them, there are way better denists in bradford than this one and they don't steal

My overwhelming fear of dentists meant I had not visited a dentist for a number of years.Not only was I terrified I felt ashamed.I will never be able to give enough thanks to Graham,Sarah,the team of nurses and Maxine for their patience and care. Lost a filling and broke some of my tooth, while being 36 weeks pregnant. Called up the Wibsey branch to see if I could get an emergency appointment to get the tooth filled, as it was very sensitive and painful while eating and drinking. The staff there were super helpful trying to fit me in last minute, so I didn’t have to wait over the weekend. The team managed to get me in at 9am and I was seen and my tooth filled within 20 mins. Excellent service! Great staff. Highly recommend.

As someone who’s spent basically my entire life being terrified of going to the dentist I can’t recommend Taylored Dental Care enough.Everyone has been very professional but also down to earth and genuinely nice. I have had quite a lot of work done so far and there’s more left to go but during all of this I haven’t felt a thing. I’ll never go anywhere else. A definite 5/5. The only regret I have is that I hadn’t gone sooner.

I had been suffering with a sharp pain when biting on one side of my mouth that my NHS dentist had been unable to resolve (and then stopped seeing patients due to COVID restrictions)Having been advised by a friend to visit Taylored Dental Care I gave them a try and have been astonished by the difference made with a problem I assumed that I would need to learn to live with.The whole experience from the quality of the customer care, the friendliness of reception (and all) staff to the dental care and dental hygienist has been excellent.I have received a level of care unparalleled with any previous experience but also great advice on how to look after my teeth and gums.My problem is now resolved and the overall hygiene of my mouth so much improved.Can’t recommend enough.

I went for dental treatment and was advised the tooth would be best removed. Dr Taylor explained everything and reassured me. Within a short space of time ( about 15 mins) the procedure was complete. I am very nervous at dentists but I felt nothing. Dr Taylor is an excellent dentist and I would recommend him 100%.All the staff are very pleasant and friendly and are always very professional.

This review is a little delayed (February 2021)as I did not realise I could leave it via Google! ( I’m not on FB) I have been with TDC for years now since they took over from my previous dentist. Last year I decided to have whitening and composite veneers on my two front teeth. I cannot say enough about how great they are! Haider was brilliant and my teeth look so natural lots of people have not even noticed! Of course I have also had ‘usual’ treatments too including root canal work. All the staff and of course Haider were so friendly and kind- no pain and carried out very professionally. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. 😊

I was terrified of going to the dentist.I eventually got enough courage to go, they have been great, Maxine who works in reception is great with everyone, chat about all sorts of things, puts you at ease before you go to see the dentist.Graham is great, explains everything, all the time asking if your OK.Excellent covid safety procedures in place.Would totally recommend Taylored Dental care.

It is amazing to me that I no longer dread visiting the dentist.This practice was recommended after I confided to a work colleague that I was so ashamed of the condition of my teeth/gums that I couldn't bear the thought of a dentist seeing them. It was causing me so much anxiety that I was having dreams where my teeth fell out one by one! It still took several months before I made my first appointment.The initial consultation with the dentist Graham changed everything. He spoke with such kindness and in such a completely non-judgemental way that I found myself able to discuss treatment and the different aspects of dental care they offered - it was all so positive and hopeful.I have now had lots of crowns fitted and treatment with Sarah, the Dental Hygienist. All completely pain-free. They are a gifted and professional team. Maxine, the receptionist, embodies all the outstanding qualities of TDC - kind, reassuring, warm and friendly, nothing is too much trouble.I could not be happier and thoroughly reccomend them. Well what can I say never been a big fan of the dentist but I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I got here Carl the dentist said that I needed to have some of my teeth pulled because they were not in a good condition so I said fair enough let's do it.So yesterday I went to have the treatment done, I was put at ease straight away Carl pulled the teeth out and fitted me with my new teeth never felt a thing and I must say it is the best thing I have ever done.

I'd just like to thank the team for sorting out an emergency appointment for me today for my cracked tooth. I'm so thankful there was a same day appointment and managed to get me in half an hour after I rang up. I am a very nervous patient after having a bad experience as a chid, and hadn't seen a dentist in years. The dentist and his assistant that saw to me (sorry I didn't catch your names), we're great and reassuring. They explained the process of the appointment and treatment, and told me we could stop at any point if I was struggling. But the treatment didn't take long and I was done before I knew it. Following a really bad experience at a dental surgery with zero genuine care for patient wellbeing and need; I sought out Taylored Dental Care at Idle for an emergency appointment.From initial contact, Jasmine (on the phone) and Lisa (in branch) made me feel cared for and looked after.Throughout the emergency appointment I was cared for and everything was explained to me clearly. I am beyond happy with my experience at Taylored to you. I have been in this morning for a few filling, a scale and polish and two teeth bonding from chips. I’m generally a nervous patient and for my first experience of a filling, I was terrified but I’m instantly put at ease from the lovely Maxine on reception and Sarah and Jess who looked after me all the way through my treatments. I cried a little with happiness when I saw the aftermath of my treatment. The staff here are incredible. They’re always friendly, bubbly, supportive and reassuring, especially if you’re a nervous patient like me. I’m overwhelmingly happy. I won’t be going anywhere else! Years of personal neglect meant that all of my teeth and gums were in a right old state. Carl Taylor (Dentist) and Sarah Carr (Dental Hygienist) have between them salvaged what could have been a piteous future for my teeth and the prospect of eating with a lot fewer teeth. Consummate professionalism from all concerned and totally pain free dentistry. Add to that the friendliness and non-judgemental outlook and I would never consider going to any other dentist. Hooray for totally pain free !!!!Almost 2 years later Haider (the dentist) and Omar (the assistant) at very short notice (literally a couple of hours) managed to extract, totally painlessly, a molar that was giving me excruciating pain. Haider was fast, efficient and gave me sufficient injections such that I could not even tell when he had extracted the tooth. Taylored Dental Care Idle have come to my rescue yet again. It is now up to me mostly to try to retain the few teeth that I still have in my mouth.

I had my first appointment with Sarah today and it was the most relaxing dental care visit I’ve ever had! Didn’t event feel the needle go in! The results are already absolutely amazing although I have the pleasure of being in her good hands again soon! She is such a lovely person, very welcoming and calm! I think I never want to go somewhere else! If you need a really good dental hygienist this should be the first place you should come to!Buy the way, if you ever need a good dentist I highly recommend graham as well! He’s very calm and careful and takes time to answer all question and explain everything!I don’t plan on changing my dental practice anytime in the future since I think I found the perfect one right here in keighley! Following on from your reply - I did have some treatment with the practice. Do I need to upload evidence such as emails and bank statements to confirm this? I think not. Graham and Maxine will be aware of this and the last conversations we had regarding mistakes the practice made. A practice that can't acknowledge their mistakes until the patients have caught them out definitely 'are not for me'.If you're going to do something, do it properly or not at all.

Dental x-ray, teeth cleaning. I went today for a scale and polish with Sarah unfortunately through the week I have been suffering from toothache. Sarah took an x-ray of my tooth and passed it on to Haider to have a look at. I had my scale and polish and Haider came in and explained I had an infection. He gave me a prescription for antibiotics and a follow up appointment in 10 days. I can not recommend this dental practice enough. The staff are all friendly and put you at ease the moment you walk through the door. If you are nervous about going to the dentist this is the practice for you. Thank you Haider, Sarah and all the staff. Update! Infection cleared up with antibiotics and have had no pain since. Thanks again.

When I went to Taylored Dental Care in Keighley for the first time I was given a very warm welcome. The dentist, Graham Duckitt was very friendly and concerned that I was at ease. He explained in detail the treatment I required and I never felt rushed as he always welcomed questions and further discussion about treatment options. Disappointing. Went for a routine review as other Dentists were not taking at that time (September 2020). I was a new patient. Felt pressurised into having costly X rays. I only consented to a few, he wanted 7 initially. I was informed I would have a treatment plan and they would be in touch. I know I need fillings. Enquired now, Nov 2020 and I had been forgotten. I requested fillings to be told I would need more Xrays. I feel this practice is just cashing in on the current covid situation and is unprofessional and delaying dental care.

My long-term feeling about not liking going to the dentist is undergoing a dramatic change! I now attend Taylored Dental Care in Keighley and I cannot speak highly enough of the team there.I was feeling rather under the weather after a treatment session that took rather longer than originally anticipated amd dentist Graham and receptionist Maxine took great care of me until I was abe to be picked up by a friend.The treatment has been successful and I have tremendous confidence that the rest of my sessions in the chair will have me looking and feeling VERY far from'down in the mouth'!These guys are great.

I am historically an extremely nervous patient due to previous traumatic experiences at the dentist, and have avoided going for several years. In desperation after experiencing a painful abscess, i decided going privately might be the only way I could get through the treatment, and I chose Taylored Dental because of the positive reviews of other very nervous sounding patients.They have been wonderful, my dentist Graham was very friendly, reassuring and sympathetic during my consultation and despite still feeling very nervous and wobbly when I came back for an extraction, I needn’t have been. Again, he was super friendly and put me at ease, and made sure I was completely numb before he started any work, even though it took a while and a few doses of anaesthetic. I felt NO pain and only very brief pressure and it was over so quickly that I was actually on a total high as I left the practise (not just the meds :)) The weight off my shoulders is incredible.This might seems like an over the top review but it is completely genuine, I am just so pleased and relieved not to have to worry about being traumatised at the dentist anymore. Also, I thought private treatment would be way too expensive, but finance options have made it affordable, and totally worthwhile.

I went to Taylored Dental Care very nervous of even having a check up and disappointed in NHS Dental services. The team are very welcoming and friendly and put me at ease right away. My treatment plan was discussed with me by Graham the dentist himself and my concerns all listened to.I had extensive treatment including an extraction, root canal and multiple fillings all of which was made much more bearable by the lovely people at the practice. Going to the dentist is actually a pleasure now as walking in the waiting room is like being comforted by a big warm hug, especially from Maxine the receptionist who is brilliant.

I had an appointment with this practice last 1st of July 2020 (as a new patient). For the reason of a severe wisdom tooth pain. Upon booking an appointment I made it clear to the operator that If possible if they can do something about my wisdom tooth pain on my appointment and said they will do an assessment to my teeth including an Xray as part of their new patient routine.So on the day of my appointment I was expecting that they will assess the overall condition of my wisdom tooth and do an xray to know the extent of the damage.Upon seating on the dental chair I was quite shock to the assessment that I had, instead of assessing the damage of my wisdom teeth. The dentist was assessing all of my teeth which at the first place is not my concern at that moment and kept on pointing all sorts of dental problem that I have on my other teeth (eg gum disease) and insisting to do some sort of treatments for this in which all of the service that they insisting are too costly. So on the end I was not really happy on the outcome of my appointment which I just wasted around 70 odd quid for nothing without knowing the extent of the damage and treatment for my painful wisdom teeth at that time.

I was apprehensive about my appointment today due to new procedure's for covid 19. Everything was explained in advance about how to gain entry, temperature check's and payments. My concerns were totally unnecessary my Dentist explained everything even about the extra protection he needed when drilling. The Dentist and dental nurse made me feel totally relaxed, and as always pain free. Keep doing what you are doing, keeping our teeth healthy and us all safe.

I was told I needed some oral care after a check-up.Although I was a bit sceptical at the time I agreed to have the treatment done by the hygienist!Am so glad I did!My mouth feels fresh there’s no bleeding when I clean my teeth and my girlfriend has told me I don’t have bad breath any more.Would have been nice if she had told me I had bad breath sooner!Can’t phrase this dentist enough the hygienist was very thorough!

Following on my review on the Wibsey page, last week I received treatment under sedation at the Idle practice. Just like at Wibsey, the staff were fantastic, not only looking after me but my mother too who came with me. So much so, by the time I had finished, she had booked an appointment for herself she was that impressed with how they had dealt with me and the difference she saw in my nerves.But more importantly for me, today the impossible happened. I went to the wibsey clinic to be checked over and for the first time in my life I sat in that chair and did not panic, flinch, shake or cry. When I had my socket rinsed I didnt think anything of it. I walked out as if i had walked out of a shop. I cried my eyes out when i got home and again later on, because tomorrow is my birthday and Taylored Dental Care (staff at all their practices as I've either seen on spoke to someone at them all, like a second family to me now lol) have given me what I always dreamed of but never thought possible, a smile and to be free from that gripping phobia that shattered all my self confidence. They actually made my impossible happen, and I could never thank them all enough

I've read the reviews on here for all the practices both good and bad and wanted to share my experience for those debating.I have had a dental phobia since being a child. I remember the days being dragged kicking and screaming up the stairs and pinned to the chair to have the gas mask. It still haunts me now. For the past 15 years I've only visited a dentist in extreme pain and that was shaking and crying hysterically. One day it happened again. I thought about going to nhs emergency, paying £22 to get sorted but having to wait days, probably travelling and not knowing if the dentist would empathise or just get me in and out. Googling dental phobia I came across this place. I rang up and the receptionist informed me they could see me within the hour. Half an hour that lovely person spent listening to me crying on the phone I was that scared. I went to my appointment crying, shaking, clinging to my coat in the corner. The care and compassion that dentist showed me was nothing like I've had before. Waiting until I had calmed to have a look, taking everything slow and explaining everything. Reassuring me at every point. When I left I was calm and couldnt believe how relaxed I felt! I booked a new patient consultation straight away. My teeth were a mess and for my health I had to have it sorted. A treatment plan was created but I wanted to know exactly what would be done and build my confidence a little so I had plenty of contact with the staff first to really get it clear in my head. A payment plan was set up as they do that option too which is perfect for me as I dont have a high paid job or anything or a lot of money spare each month with 3 children (2 teens).I have gone from that shaking quivering wreck to going for fillings without a tear. Am I still nervous? Absolutely. Still panic. So much so I'm having some treatment done under sedation. But they even tried talking me out of it saying I could do it without so it isnt all about money. But the panic is slowly reducing thanks to them.Is it more than NHS private dentists? Yes. Is it worth it? Well so far I've found absolutely it is. For nervous patients who really want to smile. There is no rush, they listen to you, they calm you, reassure you. And u pay it off monthly. As in everything, you pay for the care and the service. The receptionist even sat and played with my son while I got checked so he didnt have to see my nerves. And he absolutely loved it!I cannot wait to see my end result in a matter of weeks. And I will writing another review once it is all complete. I am all about honesty so what I say is my truth, good or bad! From my appointments so far I feel that this dentist has a patient for life in me, because for me it is about the care and compassion and excellent dentistry too of course. They tick every box. I really would recommend this place for anyone who's nervous and terrified like I am! I cannot recommend highly enough!

A very professional practice. Both the dental service and hygienist care are of the highest level. I have been visiting this particular practice for 45 years and was hoping the exceptional care I had always received over the many years, would remain when taken over a few years ago by Taylored Dental Care. No such worries, I can thoroughly recommend it.

Could not fault the service i have received starting with my initial visit in June 2018. The dentist had a very sympathetic manner ( and as i had an abhorrent fear of dentist my teeth were in quite a state ) he explained everything in detail and to be honest i did not feel a thing as he did the necessary extractions and fillings, and the partial dentures i required have caused me no problems whatsoever. This is a dental practice that ticks all the boxes. Excellent pain free service. Appointments available when needed at short notice and friendly staff that make you feel at ease. The practice has all the most modern kit so you know that your teeth will be well looked after. Would not go anywhere else.

Went for the first time in a while to have a filling done. Never had one before.The dentist was great, put me at ease and got on with it in a proper fashion. Never felt ill at ease. 6 months later and my filling is still intact.All the staff I spoke to were courteous and professional. Their dental equipment looks very top notch. The premises were clean and tidy. Would reccomend their service.

Last year when looking to change dentists I found TDC and felt that they offered the dental service that I required. Previously I had not felt confident that I was receiving the care that I needed and was always worried that I would lose another piece of filling or tooth. I also had some pain and discomfort.
I am sure now that I was right in choosing TDC. The whole team are professional, caring and friendly: I feel like have joined a family.
From the outset I was involved in all stages and the treatment plan was explained thoroughly.
I am so grateful to the whole team for renewing my faith in dentistry. After 6 months of intensive treatment I now feel confident that my teeth have been restored and I am pain free.

I have always had bad teeth and was anxious to go see any dentist , now it come to the point where my teeth were moving and causing pain I had several teeth extracted at the back because of extreme pain

Taylored Dental are so friendly, kind and patient. My cousin who has Autism has been treated like royalty at the practice, he's been made so comfortable throughout his procedures, check up and appointments. He used to be terrified of the dentist and now he actually doesn't fear them at all because Taylored have helped him.

After searching online through various Dental Care Practices l decided Taylored Dental Care looked good to me and offering the perfect smile which l was interest in obtaining. I am in my late 70th year and petrified of Dentists male or female ,but my existing denture wasn’t giving me the smile l would have liked. So I put myself in Grahams expert hands ,a lovely young dentist who listened to me and explained my treatment, now after several weeks l am extremely happy with my new SMILE .the denture is very comfortable no problem with eating can bite apples nuts and sweeties!!! I’m so glad I discovered taylored dental, everyone along the way was so lovely and kind. The lady who did my treatment (I’m sorry can’t remember her name, she was Greek) also managed to save a tooth that my previous dentist said needed to be removed! Very happy

I first went to Taylored dental care earlier this year after some very bad and painful experiences that left me scared to see a dentist. Sarah and Graham have been absolutely amazing at making me feel comfortable, calm and pain free in my long journey to a better smile. I'd just like to thank the team for sorting out an emergency appointment for me today for my cracked tooth. I'm so thankful there was a same day appointment and managed to get me in half an hour after I rang up. I am a very nervous patient after having a bad experience as a chid, and hadn't seen a dentist in years. The dentist and his assistant that saw to me (sorry I didn't catch your names), we're great and reassuring. They explained the process of the appointment and treatment, and told me we could stop at any point if I was struggling. But the treatment didn't take long and I was done before I knew it. Thank you to you all.

I’m receiving treatment here now , at the Wibsey one , I’ve always been a very nervous dentist patient, this is the first time I’ve gone private and I honestly will never go back to nhs dentists !! My experience with Taylored Dental has been fantastic! I have put off going to the dentist for years as I was too nervous but the team at Keighley make you feel so calm from the second you walk in the door, Maxine is lovely and friendly in the reception and Graham and Sarah make you feel relaxed and comfortable once you are in the chair. I would highly recommend Taylored dental care to anybody.

I would personally like to thank Graham and the team especially Maxine (without Maxine’s words of encouragement I may have just turned around and left 😍) having a huge fear of dentists, and having not seen one for several years this was a massive ordeal for me. I soon realised after my first visit, that all those years of fear and the panic of the smell, noise, pain, injections etc were about to be eliminated with their empathy of my phobia.
I cannot believe just how quick the straightening of my teeth has taken.....just 6 months from start to finish!
This is absolutely amazing and has been the easiest and simplest process ever!!!!

I suffered a "bad experience" in a dentist chair and was absolutely terrified of having my essential root canal completed.
After leaving 5 other dentists in tears stuffing tooth ache for two years I eventually found Taylored Dental Care.
I can not recommend highly enough. I have completed all the necessary work required on my teeth completely pain free and have no crippling anxiety with the thought of my next check up.

I've been with the Wibsey branch for nearly two years now and the service has been fantastic. Warm and friendly staff who always take care of me and meet my needs, treatments are explained clearly from the get go.

I was really nervous about having a wisdom tooth removed. Firstly Maxine the receptionist made me feel so at ease chatting and laughing so it took my mind off it. Graham and his lovely assistant were absolutely brilliant, so kind, calm and caring. Chatting away to me and making me feel totally at ease. I have never before come out of the dentist after having a tooth removed laughing and not in any pain whatsoever and feeling great about my visit. Thank Graham and your lovely team 🙂 see you soon.

Having been a patient at the Keighley practice since Taylored took over i can honestly say i have yet to have a bad experience. I can't speak highly enough of the staff at Taylored Dental Care in Keighley. Today was my first visit in the hope that they could help with a ongoing problem that a previous dental practice really hadn’t helped sort. Went here for the very first time yesterday. I rang desperate and in pain as my normal dentist couldnt fit me in before my holidays. The reception staff were very polite and understanding and helped get me an appointment within 3 hours of my call. The dentist was kind and caring and explained everything fully. He was happy to spend time and go through different options with me. Nothing was rushed. I now go on my holidays happy and pain free thanks so much 🙂

Like many people I'm very nervous of dentist work but from my very first visit at Taylored the entire team of staff made me feel comfortable and totally at ease.
They didn't rush my appointment or make me feel pressured in anyway and the staff genuinely care about the patient.

They have never had a better dentist at Idle than Mr Smith.I do know him by his first name but can't spell it,sorry.

Had the root of a tooth extracted yesterday which was not easy. My dentist took a lot of care to ensure there was no pain and completed the task in an unhurried and patient manner.

Had a clean today with Sarah Carr! She is FANTASTIC at her Job. Makes you feel so relaxed, and is always checking to see how your feeling. No pain at all n that's how I like it.

Found this dentist (Keighley) after having issues with previous dentists and have to say i have been more than impressed. The standard of dentistry here is very high. Wish i had come here earlier. My partner and children now come here and are equally impressed.

I'm so nervous about visiting the dentist , I was shaking just phoning and making the appointment, I was in tears before I even got in there , shaking sweating , the receptionist was lovely the dental nurse came in to see me while I was sat in reception ( at this point I wanted to run ) explained to me at any point all I had to do was put up my hand and they would stop , any way the dentist was lovely very gentle kind and understanding, even managed to make me laugh while I was still having a melt down , my anxiety about going to the dentist is so bad I haven't been to the dentist in years , I felt embarrassed about the way I react as in the past I've been made to feel stupid about my fears , anyway before I knew it it was all over and done , I was so nervous I can't even remember the names of the staff for that I apologise, if you need to se a dentist and have a real fear like I do , please give them a call , I've booked in again in a couple of weeks and although I know I will still be nervous I know I'm in good hands , thank you so much to the team at keighley taylored dental care xxx

I saw Sarah today & she was brilliant, so patient & understanding (I'm a big wuss when it comes to my teeth) but I won't worry about my next visit.
