I don’t like going to the dentist but these guys really make it ok! I know I’m in good hands and I’m always kept up to date with everything relating to my mouth health. I’m on the monthly plan and I think it’s really worth the money. Appointment reminders are a strong plus too, so you never miss an appointment! Kat is my favourite dentist ever!

Had my six month check up with Katerina last week and discovered that I needed a filling, an appointment with Charlotte the practise therapist was made for the following week, as a senior citizen in her mid seventies with extreme dental phobia due to very bad experiences with the school dentist this made me feel very nervous, I had my filling yesterday and I can honestly say to anyone who is as nervous about the dentist as I am that this is the dental practise to go to, from Charlotte coming down to reception to collect me right through to the filling itself the whole experience was pain free. Thank you to all the staff at Idle for making their patients feel welcome.

I had a double filling with this afternoon with Charlotte Helliwell and her assistant. The whole experience was exemplary. The care and reassurance from start to finish is the best I have ever experienced and as a senior citizen I have visited the dentist on many,many occasions.

I changed to Taylored Dental Care Idle a while back and it's the best decision I ever made. As soon as you walk through the door you're welcomed by such friendly receptionists and they've always got a smile on their faces. Katerina is an amazing dentist. So kind and pays great attention to detail to your teeth. If you ever have any concerns she'll put your mind at ease. I always leave with a big smile on my face and I would very highly recommend Taylored Dental Care Idle.

I’ve never been one to have any issue at dentists or anything like that, but even disregarding that, this has been the best dental experience I’ve had. I booked an examination to start with and that was incredibly thorough and comprehensive. It turned out I needed a couple of fillings so I had two additional appointments and both were exceptional. A clear patient focused approach throughout and Katerina was upbeat and chirpy at all times, which made it a bit less serious than some dentist experiences can be (in the best way possible). I’ve since joined the membership and feel better about my dental health and the treatment I get than I have ever done before.

I would highly recommend Taylored Dental Care in Idle, the whole team are professional, polite and compassionate about their work. If you are nervous or anxious about going to the dentist make an appointment with Kat. She will make you feel comfortable and at ease with her calm friendly manner. During my recent treatment I had several appointments, at each one Kat explained what she was going to do and communicated throughout the procedure ensuring I was not feeling any discomfort. The whole process was totally pain free, thank you Kat and your team you are all amazing.

Charlotte is amazing, she had my classical harp music ready in the headphones, which helps me get through my clean!Everyone at the practice is lovely and does everything to make you feel comfortable.I feel so much less nervous coming here than I have in the past.

At 87yo I needed advice regarding my present dentures. My appointment was timeous. I was given thorough and extensive advice by Matt without any hint of “ hard sell”. I left with the intention of pondering until my present situation eases. I was treated with courtesy by all staff and so recommend them highly. If only more businesses could be like this……..

I hadn't seen a dentist for 10 years and my teeth what I had left were a disgrace. I was nervous but the moment I walked in the door, I was made to feel welcome and valued. From Kate on reception to Matt and Kat and the rest of the team, I truly thank you for making me feel Happy again. The treatment I received was outstanding, no judgement. My confidence is back and I can once again SMILE. Thank you once again for making me feel the true pleasure in my smile, oh and for the beautiful flowers.

Thanks to Katerina, Matthew and the team. I had quite a bit of work done and as nervous patient it was stress free. I was made to feel comfortable at all times. During treatments Katerina’s regular communication helped me feel at ease.I had bespoke work done with Matthew. He explained each part of the process and I had multiple appointments to check fitting and the end product is great.I’ve got my confidence and my smile back.

The first 2 fillings I have had in 47 years. Kat was so professional yet friendly and personable. She made me feel at ease and proceeded to do the fillings without any injections. Had a back tooth out, Graham is amazing so caring and kind throughout, what I liked is the time they took nothing too much trouble.Also the assistant was really lovely so reassuring and calming as it is a scary experience for most people.Would certainly recommend to anyone 😍

From my first contact with Taylored Dental Care Keighley I was made to feel completely at ease. So much so following my initial treatments under sedation with Graham I have had two visits to Sarah and not felt anxious at all either in the waiting room or in the surgery. This in itself is huge for me! I have seen Matt for several appointments and I cannot recommend him enough he is an absolute professional and puts you at ease immediately you enter the room. I would highly recommend Taylored Dental Care and only wish I’d found them sooner.

Since coming to the practice 6 months ago after many years of not visiting a dentist I can not praise too highly the care I have receivedTo say I was very afraid is putting it mildly. But from my first contact with Jssmine and seeing Graham for the first time I was met with nothing but care concern and a desire to help. There was no judgement at all. Graham was professional,caring and wonderful at explaining the process.Treatment with Sarah was easy. She's amazing at making you feel calm and in control as she checks you are OK regularlyMatt was wonderful kind and caring making me feel at ease His work is amazing. I am terrified of dentist but i had to go! To say Roy & Ellie Mae were patient would be an understatement! They kept me calm and even took my wisdom tooth out there a then! Fabulous team and even better it was totally pain free putting my faith back into going to the dentist again! Thank you guys!

It has been 30 yrs since my Dad had been to the dentist and now aged 91 I must admit I was quite apprehensive about how he would cope. From my first initial enquiry on the phone to the last review visit he has received excellent care. All the staff have been so helpful , kind and understanding. He is now the proud owner of a beaming smile something he hadn't been able to do for years. His new dentures are perfect and he has been so pleased with the service he has received. He wished he had done it years ago. A big thank you to all the staff especially to Matt for his attention to detail and professional approach.

Fabulous dentist!All the staff are wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. Abby and Charlotte in reception, who are amazing at keeping me calm before any appointment.Graham is just the best dentist ever. He is so calm and patient. From my very first appointment when I could barely go in the room let alone sit in the chair, Graham and Louise allowed me to go at my own pace, making sure I was ok and comfortable at all times. Graham suggested I use their fidget toys, this helped massively to distract me and focus my mind on something else. I also play music through earphones to calm me.Graham, Sarah and Louise have never judged or made me feel silly about being so terrified, even when I’ve burst into tears during my appointment. This has happened with previous dentists which meant I avoided going for years. All my appointments were made to accommodate my anxiety and I know when it gets too much I can stop and have a break before continuing. My appointments with Sarah were exactly the same, she is so calming and constantly checking and reassuring me.As someone who was completely terrified at the thought of going to the dentist to the point of not sleeping for days before appointments, I cannot speak highly enough of this dental practice. I now feel calmer about going and although I am still anxious it’s definitely easier to go to my appointments now.

I have had a year's worth of dental treatment at Taylored, Keighley including 14 fillings and 2 crowns culminating in getting a denture to replace 3 gaps. I did start going to Taylored with some anxiety about pain, having had a bad experience with an NHS dentist who drilled when I wasn't properly numb. I was so relieved when every visit was pain-free. Graham and his team are like a family that welcomes you back each time you visit, and makes sure you feel comfortable and safe.

The whole experience with Taylored Dental was a good one, really friendly reception staff, great communcation throughout. The dental technition was friendly, helped me relax, was totally inclusive and receptive to my needs. I chose to use Taylored Dental Services because I have tendency to pass out after injections. Other dentists in the past don’t seem to have been sensitive or sympathetic to this reaction. TDS certainly were when I needed a tooth extraction last Friday.Graham and his dental assistant looked after me wonderfully when I started to feel faint giving me time to recover, a sugary drink a cooling fan and lots of supportive gentle conversation.I’m happy to return to discuss all the other problems that about 20years of avoiding dentists has resulted in.As a bonus the tooth fairy was very generous !

I am extremely nervous about visiting a dentist and put off doing so until I had no choice, due to a tooth infection and severe toothache. Rosina and her team were so kind and considerate, Rosina explained all my options and went with what made me feel comfortable. I felt a lot more confident in having treatment and ended up having root canal treatment, a filling and two crowns. Rosina and her team made me feel safe and in control which made all the difference. I would definitely recommend them and won't be going anywhere else in future. Thank You to Rosina and team for your care and compassion.

A great big thank you to the Keighley Branch for seeing me at short notice when I dislodged a temporary crown . As a nervous dental patient I have finally plucked up the courage to have some much needed dental work done. This particular tooth is causing quite a few issues as it has been sadly neglected by myself . When I phoned for an appointment at Idle there was nothing available as Kat was off ( everyone's allowed time off ) I got myself so worked up with the thought of having to go over the weekend but the girls on reception were superb. They went over and above to try and sort something out, even though I was both upset and unstable on the phone . After three phone calls they had me booked in at Keighley and the staff were staying late to accommodate the appointment. I saw Richard ( I hope I'm right with this as I was still in a tiz) who was calm , professional, took his time and made me feel safe sat in the dreaded chairThank you to you all for your understanding and professionalism today. Where visits to the dentist are concerned I am extremely nervous. In the past this has meant I have avoided any kind of dental care which obviously isn’t good. Having seen adverts for Taylored Dental Care in Wibsey Bradford, and the promise of treating patients sympathetically, I made an appointment. I’ve been going now for a number of years and can say that I’ve had the best experience. All the staff are incredibly caring, trustworthy and listen to and manage my anxieties and concerns. Unbelievably to me, I’m in a position now where I don’t have any worries or anxiety before my appointments. My dentist is the lovely Rosina and I have also had care from Charlotte Helliwell. Both are great and all the staff (reception, assistants) are fantastic. I’m posting this in the hope that it will help someone who has the same anxiety for the dentist that I used to have. If you do, I strongly recommend that you use Taylored Dental Care.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team at Taylored Dental Care in Wibsey that dealt with me. Being a person with massive phobias of anything to do with dentists i can clearly say that the whole team put me at ease. From the first consultation a treatment plan was put together for what was required to be done as well as options for the ways to carry out the treatment. One option I took was sedation for tooth extraction which was a massive help for me, also on cavity fillings they gave me earphones to listen to music to drown out the sound. My treatment plan has now come to an end and this was only possible by how at ease they all made me feel. A great touch at the end of my treatment plan was that I received a plant from them and a card to say thank you for putting my trust into them. In all honesty I should have been the one who gave them a gift to say thank you for how they treated me. I would recommend that anybody who has a phobia about dentists like I had should reach out to the team at Taylored Dental Care.

Went to see Charlotte at the wibsey branch this afternoon I am a terrified patient when it comes to going to the dentist Charlotte took care whilst getting me ready for the clean numbed all the top of my mouth and made me feel really relaxed came out of the dentist with the best clean I have ever had thank you so much Charlotte and your Dental nurse you are both a credit to Taylored dental careAlso thanks to the new reception girl she is fantastic.Thanks Dennis Lynch.
